Jaime Berger, LISW

I could be the therapist for you! I graduated from the University of Iowa with a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2007.   I opened my own private therapy practice, Creating Connections Counseling, in 2010 with a mission to help individuals recover from negative past experiences and to create meaningful connections in their current relationships.  In my beginning years as a clinician, I focused on children affected by developmental trauma, and now I enjoy working with adults on all the challenges life offers.  I continue to work with adults with complex trauma histories, as well as adults addressing mood regulation or looking for support while navigating life transitions.  I also provide support for parenting children affected by trauma or mood disorders.  I enjoy helping individuals recover from past challenges so they can achieve their current life goals.
